Over an hour, the album tells a week in the life of the protagonist of the disc, a week of disappointment in love, parties, euphoria, anger, inclines, declines, etc..
again extracted three singles on the disc ( Runner, Total Birthdays and Beach), themes that stand out along with others like mountains of garbage, Toxicosmos or the European Cup.
In forming the group are retired May Oliver and Raul Santos, being replaced respectively by Scotland's Stephen Kieran (after timely collaboration Novi (Novi Fernando), bassist of punk-rock group PPM and road manager of The Planets) and Eric Jimenez Granada (former KGB and also Nick lizard). Also on the album Jesus Izquierdo (keyboards) and Banin Fraile (keyboards, guitars and effects), the latter eventually became part of the formation of the band.
